In the March/ April issue of the Chinese-language publication Microwave Journal China, Peter Bacon and Kinana Hussain of Peregrine Semiconductor share details about the first True DC RF switch, the PE42020. This switch is ideal for test & measurement and automated test equipment (ATE) applications because it represents the first high-performance alternative to MEMS and mechanical-relay systems plagued with reliability issues and lack of integration.
