30+ Years of Semiconductor Innovation

Three decades ago, our founders set out to achieve what the industry thought was impossible: commercialize radio frequency (RF) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. After overcoming the performance barriers and solving the technical challenges, SOI has moved into the mainstream, and the vision of a silicon RF front end has been transformed into reality.

Our disruptive innovations around SOI technology, RF switches and antenna tuners paved the way for new products in adjacent markets.
