History

RF SOI Pioneer

30+ Years of Innovation

Ron Reedy, Rory Moore and Mark Burgener (pictured from left to right) founded our company with a vision to commercialize radio frequency (RF) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. With Reedy and Burgener responsible for advancing the technology, Moore provided the seed capital and took on the role as the company’s first CFO. Over thirty years later, our founders’ original vision has transformed into a reality: SOI has moved into the mainstream. This success was the result of a willingness to take risks, diligence, innovation, strong partnerships and, most importantly, a world-class team.
