PE42823 High-Power Receiver Protection RF Switch
The PE42823 is a reflective single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch designed for use in high-power and high-performance wireless infrastructure applications. Covering a wide frequency range from 700 MHz to 6 GHz, the RF protection switch delivers excellent single-event peak power handling of 51 dBm LTE, low power consumption of 120 microamps and exceptional linearity performance across the frequency range.
