PE42823 High-Power Receiver Protection RF Switch

The PE42823 is a reflective single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch designed for use in high-power and high-performance wireless infrastructure applications. Covering a wide frequency range from 700 MHz to 6 GHz, the RF protection switch delivers excellent single-event peak power handling of 51 dBm LTE, low power consumption of 120 microamps and exceptional linearity performance across the frequency range.

PE42427 RF Switch

The PE42427 is an SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 5 MHz to 6 GHz, including low spurious cable CPE applications. The PE42427 meets the stringent linearity and spurious emissions requirements for cable CPE DOCSIS 3.0/ 3.1 technology and delivers high linearity over key cable frequencies.
