Rodd Novak is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with more than 20 years of executive-level experience. A well-rounded corporate strategist, he has successfully built and led international business divisions from inception to profitability.

Novak was part of the pSemi team from 2002 to 2013 and returned in 2017. During his previous tenure, he held multiple positions including chief marketing officer and VP of marketing, sales and business development. Under his leadership, pSemi increased revenue at a 30-percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over a 10-year period, created three business units and expanded its global sales network. Before that, Novak was the director of corporate marketing for CTS Corporation, where he directed corporate research and redirected target markets and product mix to nearly triple revenue growth.

Novak earned his MBA in business administration and management from Xavier University and received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
